Toni and Tony live in a long-distance relationship and are constantly in touch with each other. Nevertheless, the frequent reassurance “Are you still there?” eventually becomes an existential question, because in their search for security and orientation, they lose their ultimate autonomy to the virtual institutions that are supposed to help them. In a world without distances, they have to find a place that the virtual map does not recognize: an unimaginable here.
